A new automatic entrance for Worzals farm shop
Worzals farm shop in Wisbech needed a new automatic entrance. Avanti Doors supplied and installed a single sliding automatic door — operator, new door leaf and a slam post — working within normal hours. Two engineers fitted the operator with EBU battery back-up, combi threshold and side-screen safety sensing and a 5-mode program switch, hung and aligned the new sliding leaf, and fitted a slam post with two hook locks for out-of-hours security. Wired, set up and tested to EN16005 and left in full working order. Completed in March 2026.

What we supplied and installed
What we supplied and installed
- One single sliding automatic door operator — standard track with SSA silver cover, motor, processor, pulley and drive belt, EBU battery back-up and carriage wheels
- Two combi threshold safety sensors and one side-screen safety sensor
- A 5-position program switch giving five operation modes
- New sliding door leaf connected to the new operator and aligned
- A slam post for the new leaf to close to, with two hook locks located for security
- Wired, set up and tested to EN16005, adjusted and left in good working order

The installation process
- 1Two engineers on site within normal working hours.
- 2Supplied and installed the single sliding automatic operator — track, motor, drive belt, EBU back-up and carriage wheels.
- 3Connected and aligned the new sliding door leaf to the operator.
- 4Fitted the slam post and located two hook locks for out-of-hours security.
- 5Added combi threshold and side-screen safety sensing and a 5-mode program switch, then wired, set up and tested to EN16005.
