- PPC perforated lath above integrated wicket door
- PPC solid rolled lath with bottom T-rail
- Full PPC canopy cover with manual override
- Manual winding handle
- Internal control box
- Integration with existing key switch

- Electrical isolation tools and safety equipment
- Removal tools for dismantling and disposing of old roller shutter
- Lifting equipment for shutter and barrel assembly handling
- Installation tools for mounting shutter guides, end plates, and motor assembly
- Electrical tools for wiring motor, brake, and control panel
- Testing tools to verify correct limit settings and system performance
Installation Process:
- Engineers attended site during normal working hours
- Isolated the mains power to the existing roller shutter for safe removal
- Removed the non-compliant shutter system and cleared the opening
- Supplied and installed new compliant roller shutter with integrated safety features and full PPC finish
- Connected new shutter system to mains power, safety brake, motor, and key switch
- Set operational limits and tested functionality thoroughly
- Provided operational demonstration to on-site manager
- All works completed cleanly and professionally, with system left in full working order
