A major supermarket in Norwich needed its entrance renewed: a new double door set supplied and installed with automation, at a doorway that carries steady customer and trolley traffic every day the store trades. Avanti Doors completed the supply and installation in June 2026.

Scope of works
Doors and automation in one coordinated job
What we supplied and installed
- Existing entrance doors and frame removed and disposed of, out of trading hours
- New aluminium double door set — double-glazed units, mid-rail, pad handles and a hook lock on a double ramp threshold
- A full EN16005 swing package: a pair of automatic swing operators with drive arms and centre cover
- Activation devices, four on-door safety sensors and anti-finger-entrapment protection
- Wired, tested and commissioned to EN16005 safety-in-use requirements, then handed over
